We are happy to inform you that you can now pay our freight invoices electronically via Plooto, our secure payment platform.
By choosing to pay your invoices electronically, you will be able to do the following:
- Control your payments by selecting bills to pay and dates
- Eliminate the need to send physical checks
- Skip sending remittance details
- Make fast payments
To get started, please be sure to look out for your first invoice.
Look for an email like this. Select "make a payment" and follow the prompts.

FAQs
Do you know if I can access all payment logs? Yes, absolutely. All invoices and PODS will remain active in the portal, and all details will be automatically returned to the Freightzy portal.
What if I disagree with a charge? If you encounter an invoice that doesn't match what you expected, select the "Reject this Request for Payment" option, and your Account Manager will be notified.

What if I already use a platform like Bill.com or Melio? Great, please continue making payments through those platforms. We currently do not offer integration for those systems.
Do I need to connect my bank account to Plooto? No, the first time you pay, you will be prompted for your ACH routing and account numbers; no logins are needed.

What is a Preauthorized PAD Agreement (pre-authorized debit)? We don't use them. A reauthorized debit allows merchants to withdraw funds from their clients automatically. These agreements need to be agreed upon by the client, and we will not ask for them. We use a Business One Time Sporadic Pay Agreement, which means the client must select the invoices to pay and the date.
