How can I trace a shipment?

1. From the customer portal, you can click on the tracking page or search for the “in transit” shipments at the bottom.

You can refine by “load number,” “customer PO”, “shipper number,” “carrier name,” “mode,” “pickup date,” and “carrier.”

2. You can type in any reference number such as a “PO number,” “load number,” “pickup number,” etc. into the search bar, and the load will automatically populate.
