How do I file a claim?

To file a claim, please go to https://www.freightzy.com/claims. You will need to provide the following information:

- Your name

- Email address

- Value of the claim

- Was the item lost or damaged?

- Any additional comments

- Lastly, attach a picture or any supporting documentation

Once you submit the claim, you will receive an email from claims@freightzy.com confirming receipt and providing you with login credentials for the dedicated claim portal.

Most claims are resolved within 30-90 days, and we assure you that we will do our best to make things right for you.
